The program starts with the opening talk at Monday 10.45 AM. People can register and put up their posters from 9.30 AM. Coffee will be available. Please arrive on time so that everyone can be registered before the opening talk.

Note that our poster boards are meant for A0 size (84×119 cm or 33×47 inches) in portrait format. It is possible to print the poster in Leiden, for example at CopyCopy Leiden or Printerette Leiden at your own cost. All confirmed poster presentations are listed here:
Astronomy on Tap:
Astronomy on Tap Leiden has its monthly event on Monday June 27th and two of our participants (Kate Follette and Gael Chauvin) will be presenting! Astronomy on Tap features games, talks, and quizzes in the informal setting of a local bar. The event happens at Grand Cafe de Burcht, only 10 minutes walking from the Scheltema venue at 8 pm.
